En un inicio la empresa Portalinka viene desarrollando operaciones en el departamento de Lima, sin embargo, el sitio web está diseñado para desarrollar operaciones inmobiliarias a escala nacional.

Cargo: Encargado de capacitación.
Durante su actividad laboral elaboró un curso de formación de Gestores Financieros para la Cooperativa, logrando obtener el refrendo de la Universidad Alas Peruanas así como fue gestor de un convenio de cooperación interinstitucional a través del cual los trabajadores de la Cooperativa "El Tumi" accederían a un MBA dictado por la Univ. Alas Peruanas.
El curso de Formación de Gestores Financieros fue elaborado para ser dictado en forma presencial y a distancia a través del servidor web de la Cooperativa.

Cámara de Comercio de Huancayo.-  La Cámara de Comercio de Huancayo reúne a los empresarios exportadores del Departamento de Junín.
Cargo: Expositor de los Cursos Administración y Gestión de la Calidad y Comercio Electrónico.

A través de un convenio suscrito con el Instituto Montessori, la Cámara de Comercio de Huancayo capacitó a sesenta empresarios huancaínos en Comercio Exterior. El suscrito recibió la felicitación de los asistentes, así como Diplomas al Mérito.

Tiene como finalidad proponer normas técnicas de aplicación nacional, realizar investigaciones y trabajos tecnológicos referidos a la vivienda; y formar,  capacitar y certificar a los trabajadores de la construcción.

El suscrito tuvo a su cargo la actualización y rediseño del portal web del SENCICO; el cual es una aplicación desarrollada en Dreamweaver  4.0 y con contenidos dinámicos en Flash 5.0 y diseños gráficos en Fireworks 4.0.  Adicionalmente fue encargado de la digitalización y edición de videos institucionales para su uso en exposiciones Power Point con contenido multimedia para el Ministerio de Vivienda a partir del software Video Ghost de captura de imáges así como TMPGEnc de conversión de formatos multimedia, así como Soundforge para la edición de contenidos de sonido.

- PRONAME .- Programa Nacional de Mantenimiento y Equipamiento Hospitalario

Integró el personal de Consultoría del Consorcio SIEVALIN. Fue encargado de la implementación del programa TIME LINE (paquete para microcomputador orientado al Control Físico y Financiero de Proyectos), así como de la elaboración de aplicaciones. Este software simplifica la formulación, reprogramación y control de proyectos de obras civiles, desarrollando diagramas Gantt, CPM, Histogramas de Utilización de Personal y Equipo, optimizando de este modo, el manejo de actividades en ruta crítica. Además desarrolló un sistema de priorización de presupuestos sujetos a restricciones, en el lenguaje de programación FORTRAN 77. Además, integró el staff profesional encargado de la adecuación del Modelo RAIL (Modelo de Simulación Ferroviaria desarrollado para el Banco Mundial) a la información procedente de ENAFER PERU.

He was responsible for bringing the web up to date as well as he developed a new web with Flash dynamic contents. Jan. 2000 – June 2000: ONPE – OFICINA NACIONAL DE PROCESOS ELECTORALES.- Government entity in charge of the planning, execution and tracking of the 2000 President and congressmen Elections Process.
Position: Elections Specialist - Zone 10 of Lima.
In charge of the supervision of 7 districts of Lima such as La Molina, Cieneguilla, El Agustino, Santa Anita, Ate, Chaclacayo and Lurigancho. Directed a team of 311 persons. The Zone 10 trained 6500 Table Members and processed the information of 3,200 election documents. He had a successful administration and the conformity of the international entities involved in the process such as the AOS – Organization of the American States.

Jul. 1998 - Sept. 1998: TASACIONES Y PERITAJES S.A.- Services company actually working with Telefónica del Perú in cellular equipment reposition process auditory.

In charge of the operational system analysis and development and operators training of Tasaciones y Peritajes S.A. Telefónica del Perú offers its users a service of cellular equipment repositions within a contract with The Wiese - Aetna Insurance Company. The system was developed in multi-user Visual FoxPro and reports graphical statistics data concerning almost 700 monthly requests for cellular equipment reposition.

Sept. 1995 - Nov. 1995: GLS S.A. (GENERAL LOGISTIC SERVICES S.A.).- Company hired by IBM del Perú to be in charge of the entire logistic of the mechaniced account of the data concerning the 1995 Council Elections Process.
Position: Lima Metropolitana Supervisor - 1997 General Council Elections
As a result of his administration skills evaluation in previous election processes, GLS assigned him the management of the IBM major responsibility computer center which was the one for the Metropoli of Lima. This bureau processed the information of 21,635 election documents which where scanned and manual data entered. He was also in charge of improving the M&O procedures and systems used in this process. The personnel under his direct supervision where 4 technical supervisors and 58 operators involving a net based system under OS/2 with two main computers of data and communications and a main computer of visual screen data all operating in 70 wokstations. He had a successful administration and the conformity of the entities involved in the process such as the OEA and TRANSPARENCIA.

Nov. 1994 - Feb. 1995: BANCO SOLVENTA.- New entity of the peruvian financial sector. Representing the Financiera Atlas of Chile, the Banco Solventa offers a high quality service based on integrity, efficiency, improvement capacity and high profitability.

Responsible of the customizing of the Chile Financiera Atlas Data Entry Area administration mechanisms to related mechanisms in accordance with national standards; of the selection and hiring of the national companies which would process the data related to the Banco Solventa operations, of the data interchange systems elaboration, testing and implementation and the involved operators training.

Apr. 1993 - May 1994: ENTER S.A.- Services company in the major manual data entry business. Processes affiliation requests and other operational documents information for AFP INTEGRA, PROFUTURO AFP and AFP UNION. This data (thousands of documents), is returned to the AFPs in magnetic media and by modem communication procedures. ENTER has a high quality service based on its M&O procedures which achieve error free information.

Responsible of the buget planning of this company and of its operation. He designed all the different areas administration mechanisms (Production, Sales, Accounting-Financial, Logistic, etc.). Participated in the design and permanent update of the company information systems. Was also responsible of the resource planning and the operational tracking. Was in charge of 15 employees which compound the administration staff and 120 operators.

(GENERAL LOGISTIC SERVICES S.A.).- Company hired by IBM del Perú to manage the implementation of the National Computer Centers involving the operations of the CCD and Council Elections Process Position: Callao Supervisor - Council Elections In this project, GLS assigned him the Computer Center of major responsibility for IBM which was the C.C.-Callao. This bureau processed information of 1867 election documents applying the best quality standards in a record time. He was also responsible in this process of the M&O procedures and systems update.

Was in charge of the administration of a 23 persons equipment which operated the Computer Center of Lambayeque. This bureau processed the information of 2337 election documents. Participated in the design of the M&O and systems procedures applied in this process. Both election processes had the conformity of the local and international entities.
